Software Demo Download

We request information to download our software demo. A prospect must provide contact information (such as name, email, address, and etc ). This information is used to follow-up on a customer’s evaluation of the software demo. AccuTax may use this information to market new products and services to prospects.

Purchase of Software

We request basic information to purchase our software (such as company name, company contact, email, address, and etc). AccuTax will use this information for the purpose to set up accounts and software agreements before the use of our software.

Log Files

Like most standard websites servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email.
